SUGAR BOWL on a pedestal and its SAUCER in vermeil (950) chiseled and engraved with Greek-style motifs and palmettes. The anthropomorphic handles are decorated with young vestal virgins holding tambourines in their hands, and end in two stylized foliage scrolls forming a heart. The handle is chiseled with a frieze of four-leaf clovers.
