PICKUP OF ORDERS
Once the lots have been sold, they become the responsibility of the buyers. The Côte Basque ENCHERES auction house assumes no liability once the bid has been accepted. However, the Côte Basque ENCHERES auction house is available to advise buyers and assist them in arranging storage and shipping of the items throughout France and abroad.
Buyers may also arrange transportation themselves through their own carriers. Transportation, packaging, and storage of the items after the sale are the buyer’s responsibility.
STORAGE
Beyond this period, storage and/or warehouse fees will be charged per day and per lot, at a rate of €10 (including tax) per day per lot, €20 (including tax) per day per piece of furniture, and €50 (including tax) per day per vehicle. If buyers do not respond, the lots may be put back up for sale to cover the corresponding storage costs.

For certain shipments—excluding furniture and bulky items—we can arrange consolidated shipments to our branch office in Paris, Groupe Rougemont, located at 3, Cité Rougemont, 75009 PARIS. Please send us a request by email so we can provide you with a quote. Pickup instructions are available on the website www.grouperougemont.fr
3) COLISSIMO
In exceptional cases, we can also offer shipping via COLISSIMO, for small lots only (maximum dimensions 20 x 30 x 30 cm). The Côte Basque ENCHERES auction house assumes no liability for shipping and may refuse to ship certain items.
