Pablo PICASSO (1881–1973) & MADOURA STUDIO Bullfight, March 11, 1953 PLATE. White earthenware and oxidized paraffin plate decorated in the center with a bullfighting scene. The rim is dated in relief and decorated with stylized bulls in intaglio. Intaglio stamp: Original signature of Picasso and Madoura “Plein feu” on the reverse. Limited edition of 200 pieces.
