Chased gilt-bronze HANGER with guilloche dial and engraved and black-enameled Roman numerals in a frame of water lily wreaths supported by a mascaron of a river god in a frame of palmettes. Rectangular base surmounted by a basin and two watering geese, and adorned on the front with the attributes of the French Navy. Scrolled legs decorated with acanthus leaves. Wire suspension.
