SHOP or CASH COUNTER, in mahogany-stained wood with light wood fillets, rectangular in shape, the front with central decoration of a bouquet of flowers flanked by foliage in relief, the belt with a frieze of stylized flowers on each side, plinth base in green-veined white marble and top with two white marble slabs. It opens on the right with two doors, and at the back with a central locker and a column of four drawers. Circa 1900-1920 Height 110 cm; Width 130 cm; Depth 91 cm Provenance: Former counter of the Fave patisserie-confiserie on rue Sainte-Catherine in Bordeaux. It was featured in Jacques Deray's film La Maladie d'Amour (1987).
